Nation™ Fine White Skimcoat NS-20

Nation™ Fine White Skimcoat NS-20 is an economy grade cementitious skimcoat for correcting surface imperfections on interior concrete surfaces. It repairs bubbles, honeycomb, and other concrete defects such as waviness and plumbness up to 3mm thick.

SURFACE PREPARATION:
Check and repair all relevant defects by consulting necessary civil works. Make sure that the surface is clean, dry, and free from dirt and oil prior to application.


MATERIAL PREPARATION:
Mix twenty (20) kilograms of Nation™ Fine White Skimcoat NS-20 with 7-Liters of water in a suitable container until a lump-free, homogeneous paste is achieved. Mix only enough product that can be used within the 30-minute working time. Avoid the addition of water to mixture that has begun to set.


APPLICATION SCHEDULE:
Using a steel trowel, apply a thin layer of mixture on the surface by firmly pressing the edge of the trowel on the concrete until all areas are covered. Let it dry for at least 30 minutes before applying the second coat (if necessary). If trowel marks are visible, let surface dry for at least 30 minutes before sanding to further smoothen surfaces. No need to neutralize the surface. Allow at least 7 days before painting.
