Rain or Shine Prepa-White is an all-purpose high opacity water-based undercoat for interior and exterior applications. It is an Elastomeric Waterproofing Primer uniquely formulated to have outstanding hiding ability and excellent waterproofing capability, compared to ordinary latex paint.
