A-Plus® Non-Sag Epoxy Adhesive is a multi-purpose 2-component epoxy adhesive especially formulated for the demanding requirements of boat-building and repair. It is designed to have non-sag or non-drip properties, allowing you to apply on vertical or overhead substrates at a thickness of around 10cm. It bonds and cures to a very strong and very durable material resistant to seawater, chemicals, weathering, and mechanical abuse. It will even adhere and cure over damp surfaces.

SPECIFICATIONS:
Principal Uses: For use in a variety of marine and industrial construction works and repair: adhesive & sealer for wood and panel joints, putty for wood and metal substrates, bonding similar and dissimilar substrates(ex. metal on concrete), and many more.
Surface Dry: 1-2 hrs
Dry Through: Cures in 3 hours. Full strength within 3 days.
Coverage: Approximately 4sqm at 2mm thickness per gallon set
Thinning and Clean-Up: A-Plus® PG Epoxy Reducer
Application: Putty Knife/Spatula

SURFACE PREPARATION AND PRECAUTIONS:
- Surface must be thoroughly cleaned, free from any contaminants that may affect adhesion such as wax, oil, grease, rust and loose particles.
- MIX WELL before using. Mixing ratio: 1:1 by volume, Component A and Component B.
- Keep away from reach of children.
- Avoid breathing vapor, use with adequate ventilation.
- Avoid prolonged contact with skin. Wash hands thoroughly after handling, before eating or smoking.
- All solvent-based and oil-based paints and putties are Flammable!
APPLICATION PROCEDURE:
- Mix equal parts of components A and B thoroughly until a uniform color is achieved. Mix just enough amount that can be used within the pot life period.
- Apply and spread the mixture over the prepared surface using a putty knife.
- Allow to cure for at least 3 hours before sanding and filling.
- Allow to cure for at least 3 days before subjecting to extreme conditions.
- Use A-Plus® PG Epoxy Reducer to clean up excess material from equipment used while material has not yet hardened.
