☑Bonding aid for new concrete to old/degraded concrete, wood, properly primed metal surfaces, and most construction materials
☑Bonding wood and metal to concrete substrates
☑Installing ceramics or glass tiles to
wooden or concrete surfaces
☑As concrete floor coating and/or sealer
☑Patching spalled and damaged areas on concrete structures
☑As tile adhesive and grout for regular tiles as well as natural stones like marble and granite

Clean-up Solvent: A-Plus® PG Epoxy Reducer
Application: Putty Knife/Spatula
Packaging: 1L, 4L
Mixing Ratio: 1:1
Pot life: 1-2 hours
Compressive Strength(ASTM D695): 10,000psi
SURFACE PREPARATIONS AND PRECAUTIONS:
- Surface must be thoroughly cleaned, free from any contaminants that may affect adhesion such as wax, oil, grease, rust, and loose particles.
- Strip off loose and flaking old paint using either a spatula or putty knife. Sandblasting or powertool-assisted cleaning should be performed on highly corroded steel surfaces prior to application.
- MIX WELL before using. Mixing ratio: 1:1 by volume, Component A and Component B. Pot life of mixed components is around 1-2 hours. Use different spatulas to avoid contamination. Do not put mixed components back into its original container.
- Keep away from reach of children. Avoid breathing vapor, use with adequate ventilation.
- Avoid prolonged contact with skin. Wash hands thoroughly after handling, before eating or smoking.
- All solvent-based and oil-based paints and putties are Flammable!
PAINTING PROCEDURE:
- Ensure proper surface preparation. To avoid wastes, mix just enough material for application within the indicated pot life.
- Mix A-Plus Procrete® High Visco Construction Epoxy Part A (1 part) with Part B (1 part) thoroughly for 5 minutes. Make sure both components are mixed homogeneously.
- For concrete repair, wet old substrate with damp water before applying epoxy mixture. Apply liberally using a putty knife/spatula on the old concrete substrate.
- For jointing substrates, apply mixed material with a putty knife or spatula on the areas or surfaces to be joint. Press and secure firmly to ensure complete contact. Allow to at least cure before doing other construction works.
- Pot life is around 1-2 hours. Allow 72 hours curing to achieve maximum strength. Scrape off excess material while in its uncured state.
Cleanup: Tools and/or equipment used during application should be cleaned immediately before the mixture cures. Use A-Plus® PG Epoxy Reducer or ordinary paint thinner as cleaning solvents. For soiled hands, wipe with cloth dampened with solvents followed by washing with soap and water.
