WHY USE ANZAHL SPRAY FILLER?
 

A Polyurethane Primer-Surfacer having excellent filling properties over deep sandmarks and medium-sized pores and other imperfections, thereby saving putty usage, sandpapers and time. Offer near similar protection as Anzahl Anti- Corrosion Primer 3370 over exposed metal caused by excessive sanding. Excellent for wash over. A MUST for all cars, vehicles, transports ships and aircrafts, especially for places near or along seashores or coastlines. It is an effective wash-over primer surfacer for all urethane, acrylic, epoxies and vinyl systems.

  • They offer excellent primer- surfacer quality for Urethane and Acrylic Topcoats
  • Their high-build films easily provide barrier coats that eliminate splotches and mapping caused by highly absorptive layers of putties
  • Their neutral light green and gray colors are easily covered by any Topcoats Painting System, solid, metallic, pearl or mica colors nonetheless.
  • They exhibit excellent anti-corrosive properties over minutely- exposed metal surfaces caused by excessive sanding.

SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Mixing Ratio: 3 parts Anzahl Spray Filler Primer to 1 part Anzahl Primer Catalyst by volume (3:1)
  • Reduction: 1 part Anzahl Spray Filler with Anzahl Primer Catalyst to 1 part Anzahl  Urethane Thinner by volume (1:1)
  • Drying Time: 15 minutes touch free, 1-2 hours sandable and recoatable
  • Storage: (Base) 3 years (Catalyst) 1 year
  • Pot-life: Use mixed paint within 8 hours
  • Thinning: Anzahl Urethane Thinner
  • Packaging: Base - Available in 1 Liter container (3/4 Full) Hardener - Available in 1/2 Liter container (Half Full)
  • Caution: Toxic and flammable. Keep away from fire and reach of children.

SURFACE PREPARATION AND APPLICATION

1. Mix 3 parts Anzahl Spray Filler 3380 (light green or gray) to 1 part Anzahl Primer Catalyst (green) by volume.

2. Reduce 1 part Anzahl Spray Filler Mix (Anzahl Spray Filler with Anzahl Primer Catalyst) with 1 part Anzahl Urethane Thinner (Ratio 1:1).

3. Apply 1-2 coats. Let dry for 1-2 hours, before recoating or applying putties or topcoats.

4. In case there are still surface imperfection, apply body filler on uneven surfaces.

5. Wet sand using coarse sand paper and smooth sandpaper for finishing.

6. Cover surfaces with body fller with another coat of Anzahl Spray Filler to avoid mapping.
