Davco K11 Flex Cementitious Waterproofing is a dual-component flexible cementitious mortar used for protection and waterproofing of rendered concrete and masonry especially water reservoirs, tanks, shaft linings, lift shafts, and under-tile sealants for swimming pools and damp premises.

Packaging:

• 4.5 kg kit (3.5kg powder component + 1Lt liquid component)
• 23 kg kit (18kg powder component + 5Lt liquid component)

Coverage:
Approximately 1 to 1.5 kg/m2/coat

Product preparation:
Machine – mix only at low speed (i.e 300–500 rpm). Proceed as follows to obtain an evenly distributed paste:

1. Pour ¾ of the resin into a suitable container.
2. Add the powder gradually in order to obtain a plastic consistency.
3. Add the rest of the liquid and mix for 3 minutes.
4. Leave to stand for several minutes to eliminate bubbles in the mixture.

Application:

1. DAVCO K11 FLEX is applied by brush or float.

2. Apply a 1st coat allowing a rough but reasonable quantity of 1 to 1.5 kg/m2.

3. Coats can be floated using a filler knife or stainless steel float.

4. Mortar must be used within 1 hour of preparation.

5. Possible covering materials: DAVCO K11 FLEX can be covered with tiling (swimming pools, toilets & baths), concrete topping (protection of high traffic areas against abrasion).
