Konstrukt™ Permaplast™ K-231 Deco Render is an acrylic, polymer-based exterior wall coating that is combined with various sizes of aggregates to impart a textured finish.

MATERIAL PREPARATION
Use as supplied.
SURFACE PREPARATION
Make sure that the surface is clean and dry, free from oil, grease, dust, dirt, and other foreign matter.
APPLICATION SCHEDULE
Apply K-231 Deco Render onto the substrate by using a stainless steel trowel.
The finish should be troweled lightly to the thickness of the largest aggregate.
If a circular texturing is desired, use a trowel or float.
Maintaining a wet edge float finishes 5-8 minutes after the initial application.
Let the product cure overnight prior to the application of a topcoat.
