Pour 5.0 - 6.0 liters of water into a clean container. Slowly add 25 kg. of Rayco High Performance Tile Adhesive and mix with a slow mechanical mixer until homogenous and lump-free paste is obtained. Allow the mixture to stand for 5 minutes and re-stir before use.
APPLICATION:
Spread Rayco High Performance Tile Adhesive to a unifrom thickness. The correct notched trowel size to use will depend on the type and sizes of tiles. Lay the tiles on to the adhesive and ensure that a firm pressure is appplied to achieve good contact with the adhesive. Only apply to areas which can be tiled in the adhesive's open wet time. Careful checks have to be made to ensure that skinning does not occured, rework the adhesive before laying the tiles. Remove excess adhesive with a damp cloth before materials have set. After setting, cleaning becomes very difficult but can usually be helped by mechanical means.
